As handmade jewellery makers we can also repair your jewel. This is better for the envirement, the durability and sometimes a jewel has an special meaning for you and you want it to be fixed so you can wear it again. We can fix your jewel for you, even when it's not bought in our store. 

How it works

• ♥ Send a picture to thehappymakers.klantenservice@gmail.com 
• ♥ We make an estimate of the repair and shipping costs and send this to you in an e-mail.
• ♥ When you're oke with the costs you receive an e-mail with the adres and instructions. You can send this in an envelope with a postmark or ship it as a package. You are responsible for the shipping risk. So when the jewel is important for you please make sure it is packed carefully and shipped with track & trace. 
• ♥ We repair your jewel in 1-2 weeks.
• ♥ When your jewel is ready you receive a invoice.
• ♥ After receiving your payment we send your jewel back.

• ♥ Almost all of our jewels are handmade. Because this is fine artwork by human hands it may happen that there is an production default or your jewel is broken. When your jewel broke in one month because of a production default we repair your jewel for free.
• ♥ For all jewels that are bought in our shop you get 20% discount on our repair service.
• ♥ We can also repair jewels that are not from our shop when we have the right techniques and material.
